Windshield Replacement and Repair Sacramento Pros
I have been asked recently about auto glass repair and windshield replacement here in Sacramento and surrounding areas.
Questions such as:
How long does it take? For a windshield replacement we can generally get that done in about an hour, some tine less sometimes more depending on the windshield to be installed. For a windshield rock chip repair it takes less than 30 minutes 99% of the time. But I have had a few repair over the years that took up to an hour. And if that is what ti takes then that is what it takes. There is always time to do the job right the first time, every time.
Are you a mobile service or do we have to come to your shop? Both actually. While it is our preference to come to you home or office some people choose to drive to the shop and that’s okay too.
What type or brand of glass do you use? We are able to source all different brands of auto glass for you from OEM to Plikington to PPG and other major brands. There is a different price range form the different manufactures and that is one reason we do it this way, to give you a choice in your budget and needs.
What about windshield rock chip repair do you really offer an on the spot satisfaction guarantee? Yes we do, we feel that there is only one way to repair a rock chip and that is correctly and completely. If we have not exceeded your expectations then we have not earned your business. And in 8 years of offering this on the spot guarantee we can proudly say no one has ever felt the need to take us up on the guarantee. To be frank it comes down to the quality of our own lives, providing world class 5 star service is what we are passionate about and we will never compromise because we have to rush off to another job. By earning your business we feel we also have earned your trust. The kind of trust that would have you tell your friends and family about what we can provide for them when they are in need of auto glass windshield replacement and repair.
Tell me, why I need to restore my headlights? Your headlights were designed to give you maximum visibility at night and in poor visibility conditions such as rain, snow and fog. They also are mandated to be used during the daylight hours on certain roads for greater visibility by the other drivers. So your safety is the main concern here. Over time the protective layer and the plastic headlights themselves degrade because of the heat from the head lamps, the sun’s UV rays and other outside influences. You could think of it like a rust or and very bad oxidation. This layer has to be physically removed much like rust from metal or bad oxidation on your cars paint. Once this damaged layer is removed your headlights can now be polished back to a factory new condition and an UV barrier can be reapplied to protect them once again.
